CLAT 2026: Less is More
The Consortium of NLUs has heard the students. The CLAT 2026 paper will be more student-friendly in terms of length.
📝 The New Pattern
- Total Questions: Reduced from 120 to 100.
- Duration: Remains 2 Hours (120 Minutes).
- Why? To give students more time to read and analyze the complex comprehension passages without rushing.
📚 Sectional Weightage
- English: 20%
- Current Affairs: 25%
- Legal Reasoning: 25% (Critical)
- Logical Reasoning: 20%
- Quantitative Techniques: 10%
📅 Exam Date
CLAT 2026 will be held on December 7, 2025 (First Sunday of December), for admissions to the 2026-27 academic batch.
